We are situated in the heart of the Costa Blanca, at 4 Km of the beaches of El Pinet and La Marina that are bordered by a protected pine forest perfect for shade and picnics. The beach is about 10 Km of uninterrupted white sand. There is a couple of restaurant / bars so you can enjoy a typical Spanish lunch.

The “Finca”, as a Spanish property is called, is in the countryside at a 10 minutes drive from Elche which is a cultural and archaeological centre for the region. Illiciti, as it was known in the Roman Empire was a very important centre for this part of Spain. The mores as well have left some monument as well as an important mark in the culture of all the villages and town from the procession each year, at different period of the autumn and winter there is celebration of “The Christian and Mores” The town is also famous for the biggest Palm Park in Europe, part of the World Heritage.

A short 25 minutes drive takes you to Alicante, Provincial Capital, with all the amenities of a 300.000 inhabitants city with an important port. There is also some interesting sightseeing, like the old city, a great maritime promenade and an old castle.

The Costa Blanca as not only the beaches, but also an abundance of different activities, like hiking, golf course (some 5 very good ones are within ½ hour from the Finca, 18 holes, La Marquesa, Villa Martin, La Finca Algorfa, Campo de Golf Las Ramblas and golf course Royal Campoamor), shopping, Fishing Trout, Predatory Birds, etc.

At a short 10 minutes walk from the property, there is a tennis club with a small restaurant, serving tapas and typical Spanish food. There you can have a drink or even lunch.

If you are somebody that cannot sit still there is always some gardening will be done. You are welcome to give a hand. We have trees with orange, olive, pear, and apricot.

If you want just to relax then just sit down by the pool in the sun or in the shade and enjoy.
